​XX Sermon in Gori – Stronger Preaching Flow

It is truly wonderful to be back here again.

I have been here many times before—and Gori holds a very special place in my heart.

It was here that I attended my very first meeting in Georgia, back in 2001.

And I still carry those memories with me.

We came as a team from Word of Life in Uppsala, Sweden.

And the meetings were held in a factory hall.

At first, only a few people were there… in a big, empty space.

But something began to happen.

Night after night, more people came.

The place began to fill up.

And I remember how the men started building benches—just so people would have somewhere to sit.

Why?

Because people were hungry for God.

People were saved.

People encountered God.

People experienced His power.

And that is why this place means so much to me.

And today… I see you again.

Dear friends.

And it brings me great joy.

Transition – Build Expectation

But we are not only here to remember the past.

We are here to look ahead.

We are here to see God move—again.

We are here because we believe that God is the same today.

And we want people to encounter Him—hallelujah!

Because the most important thing…

is that people are saved…

and receive Jesus as their personal Savior.

Clear Structure (Preacher Style)

Today, I want to speak about —freedom.

Freedom from everything that holds us back—

pain…

burdens…

the past…

the things we have not yet surrendered to Him.

Because Jesus is here.

He is our Healer.

He is our Deliverer.

He is the One who sets us free—

in body…

in soul…

and in spirit.

Salvation – Strong, Preaching Tone

The Bible says that God desires all people to be saved.

Not some—but all.

As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:4:

God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

That means—God wants you saved.

What is salvation?

It is to pass from death… to life.

From darkness… to light.

From the power of Satan… to God.

And to receive eternal life.

Sin – Make It Personal

The Bible says that all have sinned.

Not some. All.

There are no exceptions.

No one can stand before God and say:

“I am good enough.” No!

Sin entered through Adam—

and it spread to all humanity.

But listen— what came through Adam…

Jesus came to break!

Jesus – Build Power

Acts 10:38 says:

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power…

And what did He do?

He went about doing good.

Healing all who were oppressed by the devil.

Because God was with Him.

That is who Jesus is.

He did not come to condemn—

He came to save.

He came to heal.

He came to set people free.

Cross – Emotional Peak

Jesus came from heaven… willingly.

He took on a human body.

He lived among us.

And He walked with a purpose.

Step by step—He was going to the cross.

To Golgotha.

Even when His disciples did not understand…

even when Peter tried to stop Him…

Jesus continued.

Why? Because of love.

In the garden… He prayed.

And then Judas came—with a kiss.

And Jesus did not resist.

He said:

“I could call on angels…” But He didn’t.

He chose the cross.

He chose the suffering.

He chose it—for you.

Because God loves you.

And He wants you to…

Now I want to invite you to receive Jesus.

To receive new life, to become a Christian, and to enter the path that leads to heaven.

As the Bible says:

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.”

John 1:12
